Srinagar : Two persons were injured in a suspected grenade attack in Srinagar’s old city on Wednesday evening, sources said.
They said a grenade was lobbed near Aali Masjid in Eidgah area of Srinagar which left two persons wounded.
The injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the incident are emerging.
The attack comes amid the series of civilian killings. On November 8, a salesman at a wholesale grocery owned by a Kashmir Pandit was sot dead in old city. A day earlier a police constable was killed at S D Colony Bemina.
