Beed : In the past 24 hours, Beed recorded 10 new COVID cases while two patients died of the virus, official data stated on Tuesday.
With the new additions, the district’s cumulative case tally surged to 1,03,355 and the death toll climbed to 2,811.
Meanwhile, six people were cured and discharged across the district, taking the overall count of recoveries to 1,00,478.
The recovery rate and the fatality rate stood at 97.21 per cent and 2.71 per cent, respectively.
Presently, there are 67 active cases across the district, data added.
