The Delhi High Court has rejected a joint plea by Anya Malhotra and Sohail Hashmi challenging the work of the Central Vista project. The Court observed that the project is essential and should continue. The Court also imposed a fine of ₹1 lakh. The petitioner had linked the project to “Auschwitz”, a German concentration camp during the second World War.
