Haryana Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala said that Haryana is the first state to successfully complete the first batch of Phase-III of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana. A stretch of 690 km rural roads came under the state at a cost of Rs 383.58 crore.
