Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has made an appeal to take back the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill in the presence of a gathering at Jantar Mantar. The GNCTD (Amendment) Bill makes it mandatory for Delhi govt to take the opinion of Lieutenant Governor before any executive action in the National Capital.
