Thane : Phase 1 of CIDCO’s Navi Mumbai Metro Project from Belapur to Pendhar received a Dynamic Clearance Certificate from the Central Ministry of Telecommunications. This clearance is an important step towards starting the metro line for passengers.
Dynamic Clearance of Department of Telecom and Safety case certificate marked an important milestone for the Navi Mumbai Metro project. The next step is going to be ISA certification. After the receiving the RDSO certificate, CMRS trials can begin according to Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee,VC & MD, CIDCO.
An official release by CIDCO on Monday stated that The Navi Mumbai Metro Project undertaken by CIDCO will be completed in 4 Phases. The metro running on the Pendhar to Belapur line just underwent the Oscillation Trial under the guidance of RDSO. The Ministry of Telecommunications inspected the station number 1 to 10 on the route and then granted the Dynamic Clearance Certificate. The next step is to get the Commercial Operating testing under the purview of the Commissioner of CMRS.
