In a webinar focused at timely and effective implementation of the provisions laid in budget for the education sector, PM Modi said that this year’s budget has placed significance to education, skill development, research and innovation, second only to health. The PM has called for speedy implementation of the National Education Policy from pre-nursery to PhD level.
