In keeping with the government’s stand on the issue, the Supreme Court has rejected the plea of 100 UPSC aspirants who were seeking an extra chance and age relaxation in appearing for the examination as the pandemic had affected their performance. The Supreme Court said that it would be unfair to other students to grant such a relaxation.
