Shimla : HP Chief Minister, Jai Ram Thakur said Saturday that the second man who had raised pro-khalistani flags and wall writings outside the Vidhan sabha campus at Dharamshala has also been arrested. Thakur in a message on twitter said the people of the state were united against disruptive forces.
