Srinagar :An unidentified terrorist has been killed in an ongoing operation in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district, official sources said.
The encounter took place at Chawalgam village, when a joint team of forces launched a cordon and search operation in the area.
“An encounter erupted during the CASO. In the gunfight, an unidentified terrorist has been killed,” sources said, adding that there was a possibility that one more terrorist was hiding in the area.
The operation is underway, said the sources.
