During a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO), 2 unidentified militants were killed in an encounter in Anantnag in South Kashmir. As a post-encounter measure, mobile and Internet services have been suspended in the area to prevent circulation of rumours. Additional security forces have been deployed in the area.
